I am a hard working outdoorsy extremist. I love anything that forces me to be outside and in nature. Throughout the winter months I snowboard as much as I can. The mountains are my serenity. I work in the health and fitness industry utilizing my education in Kinesiology and Psychology. My passion is helping others understand the importance of making healthy lifestyle choices.
I am very personable and find it quite easy to connect with others. I love listening to the stories of other people's lives. Where they have been, what got them there, what barriers they have overcome; it's all very inspiring and motivating for me.

I am joining this site because a good friend recommended it. I am about to embark on a 3 week trip; Ireland, Italy and Croatia. There have been some changes in my plan which I now need to be a bit more budget conscious in Ireland. Hoping to find some solid people to hang out with that may be able to help with accommodation.

I prefer electronic music, the heavier bass genres. But Funk is always my favourite. All subgenres of funk. Electrofunk, wobblyfunk... you name it and I'll groove to it. You will find me reading self help or personal development books. My nightstand is always full of them. On a regular basis I have about 10 books on the go at all times.
