ABOUT ME
I have an open mind and some good walking shoes!
I graduated from college a couple years ago and now I'm finding my way in the world, still learning about myself and about life. I'm a flight attendant, which means I'm somewhat addicted to traveling...I love meeting new people, seeing new places, having extremely random conversations, and living life out of a travel bag.
I'm a very open-minded individual who believes that listening to anyone can teach you something. I'm pretty middle-of-the-road about most topics because I personally believe that choosing sides often causes us to lose sight of what's important. I'm very easy to talk to (I even do it myself sometimes...) and enjoy an engaging conversation.
Being from the Seattle area, I am in love with the music scene...I have been able to see many local and popular artists and I'm always looking for new music to "try on." Any suggestions?!
...I also hold a record at a pancake house for most pancakes eaten in one sitting.
PHILOSOPHY
"Be curious always! For knowledge will not acquire you; you must acquire it."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love learning from other people and actually going out and doing things. I have learned from being a flight attendant that the best ideas for traveling in new places come from the people who live there. Travel books are great, but let's learn from each other.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have been hosted in Vienna, and can't wait to share my space for people passing through!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Over a million youth showed up in Rome for the 2000 Jubilee with Pope John Paul II. I was one of them, and walked many miles in a sea of people. It was hot and humid--people were passing out left and right--and there were fire trucks everywhere hosing us down. PJP II rode right by me in his Pope-Mobile. I will never forget it!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to hit a golf ball...and suggest some good golf courses in Washington.
I am also somewhat familiar with Alaska, mostly Anchorage and Fairbanks. Feel free to ask questions!
