About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To dream, explore, discover and connect through an extraordinary journey at home and abroad.
ABOUT ME
I have big dreams and I'm working hard to manifest them everyday. I believe everything happens for a reason and that your intuition is the most trustworthy compass you can follow in life.
PHILOSOPHY
"Live what you love"
"Each person represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born." - Anais Nin
"Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle."
"Where there is love there is no question."
"Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss you will be among the stars."
"Imagination is more important than knowledge." - Albert Einstein
"I took the road less traveled by, and that has made all the difference." -Robert Frost
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think Couchsurfing is the absolute coolest way to bring synchronicity, culture, adventure and like-minded people into your life. There is something magical about this whole thing and I'm happy to be part of it for 5 years already.
The first time I Couchsurfed, my good friend and I went to Panama and had an unforgettable experience with our hosts. We learned so much about the Panamanian culture and shared a lot with them about the U.S.
Last year I had a Couchsurfing experience that changed my life. I hadn't been able to travel in a couple of years and was dreaming of going to South America. Luckily my good friends decided to get married in Miami and I seized the opportunity to head down there a few days early and stay with a Couchsurfer who grew up in Colombia. We had an immediate connection and fantastic time and kept in close communication after I returned to Los Angeles. I'm happy to say that we fell in love a few months later and visited each other several more times during this past year. We're now living together in LA and embarking on new travel adventures as a Couchsurfing couple!
Once we get settled into a bigger place, JP and I will be opening our home up to Couchsurfers as well. Can't wait to meet more of you from around the world!
