I like to keep out of people's business, unless someone just needs to talk. Being mean isn't cool. I like when I can collaborate with another person for art and ideas. I just discovered how possible anything is when I am interested in learning it. Life is great.

Drinking 640mL of water immediately after waking up has changed the way my body functions for the better.

Writing my thoughts down (good and bad) in the morning before starting my day's tasks clears my head- got this from a wonderful book called The Artist's Way

Even a session as short at one minute long with a kettle bell has proven to increase my strength.
