Recent craze for solo backpacking led me here. I had my first experience of solo travelling while studying in Australia. I did a solo trip to Melbourne, crashed on a friends couch and visited all the places my heart felt like. Unlike travelling in a group where collective decisions are made, being solo I could visit any place I wanted and stop for how much ever time I needed.

I'm waiting for another chance to head out on a backpack trip with random people who wont judge you from where you are from or what you do! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In solo trips, stay can be quite expensive when you are on a tight budget. CS helps not only in saving this costs but also meeting local people some of them willing to give you an experience of their local culture.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked around 22km around Melbourne which included a 5km walk through the coast of St. Kilda that has the famous Brighton Bathing Boxes.
