About Me

I am exploring the complexities of identity, culture, and social dynamics in different communities. My interest centers around examining how gender roles are constructed and negotiated within indigenous societies, as well as the impact of colonization on traditional gender relations.

Iloilo City is a vibrant place where I live close to the business park in Megaworld. It is a great location with many amenities, and I welcome my future CS friends and explore this wonderful city.

ABOUT ME
Non scholae sed vitae

I believe that my life experiences and personal growth have shaped me into the person I am today. From working through obstacles to pursuing my passions, I prioritize growth and learning outside of the traditional bounds of education.

PHILOSOPHY

The saying "do unto others as you would have them do unto you" is a golden rule for treating others with kindness and respect. It encourages me to consider the feelings and needs of others before acting, and to treat others in the same way they would like to be treated. By following this principle, I can contribute in creating a more compassionate and cooperative society where everyone is valued and appreciated.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing is more than just a way to save money on accommodations, it's an opportunity to connect with new people and cultures and create meaningful experiences. That's why I participate in Couchsurfing. I love meeting travelers from all over the world, learning about their backgrounds, and sharing my own culture with them. Whether I'm hosting or surfing, I always come away from the experience with new perspectives and friends for life. In a world that often feels divided, Couchsurfing reminds me of our shared humanity and the beauty of cultural exchange.

Interests

'I play football sometime for a team and I organised the social outings. I usually arrange at least one social activity and each time it is a different activity. I liaise with the others to find out what they'd like to do and put in place the arrangements. I really enjoy creating team spirit in this way and it also allows me to use my organisational skills.

Music, Movies, and Books

Game of Thrones is an epic fantasy series that has captured the hearts of millions of viewers around the world. It tells the story of warring factions, political intrigue, and a struggle for power that spans multiple kingdoms. As a viewer, I was drawn to the complex characters and intricate plotlines that kept me on the edge of my seat. The show taught me valuable lessons about leadership, resilience, and the consequences of our actions. It made me realize that in life, we are often faced with difficult choices and must be prepared to face the consequences of our decisions. Game of Thrones has inspired me to be bolder in my own life and to strive for greatness, no matter the obstacles in my path.
