About Me

I am from the Basque Country in northen Spain, but I lived almost 20 years abroad. I have been travelling a lot because of my job as a theatre technician, or for pleasure.
I am quite open minded and curious about other people and cultures.
We may have different aproaches but that is the interesting thing between us.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Friends that had good experiences recommended it to me, so i decided to get started with it.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste can go from the very classical beethoven 9th simphony, through the dirtiest rockabilly of the 50ths, through the cheesiest music of Dalida and Raffaella Carra to Techno Clubs in Berlin.

One of my favorite Film director is Alex de la Iglesia. I Love also Fargo, Pink Flamingos, and La Grande Bellezza.

I dont read so many books but i when travelling i always take a book with me. Normally related to the country i am travelling, If i have to mention authors, Murakami, Capote, Camus, Atxaga... Good suggestions are always welcome.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One thing i like a lot is to have a 2 hours conversation with someone with whom you dont have any commom language.

Teach, Learn, Share

So I can cook quite good and give some lessons of Ballroom dance. Teaching any of the languages that i can speak, Or just sharing live experiences.
