I'm learning and working on an organic farm in Santa Cruz. My life revolves around learning how to grow food, heal the land and people with good soil stewardship. I enjoy fermenting things, preserving things, taking photos of the sunset, or the beach when I can roll down on my bike.

I was born and raised in New York State, lived in New York City for a while then farmed fulltime in Arizona before moving to the Pacific Northwest to live in Portland. I worked in Tea while there, so have a great passion for sharing stories over a warm cup of brew. I moved to California in 2018 to go back to farming.

I'm down to earth and enjoy the simple parts of life, an optimist who looks at the world with a smile. Yet I still have a spirit for adventure, exploring and energy to move. I've been to Thailand twice in the past few years.

I'm genderqueer, use They / them pronouns. I have a deep passion for farming, animals, biking and baking. I love to play games at home with good home made food and laughs. Been trying to do more yoga, hiking, nature time as well.

I often travel with my partner Erica who is similarly passionate about food and education. They work with kids doing garden education.

My housing situation changed recently so I probably cannot host folks right now. Yet if you need an adventure buddy or two my partner and I would be interested. We love getting on bike rides, exploring nature etc.

Books: Recently I have been reading books on food, farming, energy healing and animal spirits. I also enjoy queer literature including biographies, fiction and culture studies books. I love graphic novels when I can get my hands on them.
