Ithink couchsurfing is a good way of learning more about a visiting country. Locals can tell and show you more that Lonely planet does :D to get a real grip of a certain culture, you need to meet the locals and do/eat/see/ like the locals.

In the summer I love to swim and sunbath and in the winter I am a huge skiing fan!
