Besides having a young son and enjoying family life, I am pretty active person, with way to many hobbies...!
In my professional life i am working as a researcher in a Ph.D. position, where i study light.

Interests

I am from a bicycle nation, and I love to bike - whether it is offroad on a mountainbike in a forest nearby or on a my road bike on a trip along the coast...

My home country is flat a pancake, with the tallest "mountain" being less than 150 m, and have thus always been fascinated by mountains! Perhaps this is the reason why i have developed an interest in rock and mountain climbing :-)
When traveling I really enjoy experiencing the culture, but also by enjoying the nature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking at the border of tibet in the mountains, several weeks travel from a larger city! Climbing Mont. Blanc in France! Hiking in minefields in the mountains surrounding Sarajevo! Getting lost on a hike in the mountains in India with a fake guide!
