Hallo!
My name is Aske and I'm 20 years old living in Aarhus, the second largest city of Denmark.
I graduated the gymnasium (our High School) this summer and have spent the last 6 months working as a waiter in a restaurant. Before that, I helped in the kitchen in the same restaurant and did the dishes. Now, I just want to experience the world before I start studying.
I do a lot of sports: I cycle a lot, swim ones a week, and work out a couple of times a week.

In the period 16th of January to 25th of february, I will be surfing around the States with a friend.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a very social and open-mined person, and that is why I believe this site is ideal for me. I want to experience the world, meeting new and different people, and get close to them as well as their culture. Basically, I think that's very important in order to see my own country/culture in a new and more nuanced perspective.
