About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Life is short. Eat dessert first!

ABOUT ME

As you might have read already, I'm a student. And that means: a lot of reading, sleeping, eating and enjoying the beautiful things in life. As an international student in London, there's still lots to explore for me. Which is exciting! I have recently taken up my photography hobby and you'll find me roaming the city with this buddy.

I'm always in for a drink, concert, play or walk along the Thames. I enjoy museums, galleries, art, music, concerts, theatre and nature. Ah, well, I like almost everything.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to see as much of the world as possible, and to make it my own. Life is the most beautiful thing given, and we should enjoy every second of it. Therefore, I do my best to make my life worth living! And traveling certainly helps. :)

I am on a personal quest to find happiness. So I try not to live by consumerism or virtual reality, but by living in the moment and enjoying the small things I notice around me. I also study happiness and well-being from an academic perspective, meaning that I study what makes us human beings happy, and what really does not.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd love to make some more friends in London, which is why I've taken up the CouchSurfing profile again. I did enjoy some couchsurfing experiences in Switzerland over 4 years ago, and I loved how many wonderful people I got to know there.
And I would be happy to show you around in London, although I have to get familiar with this city myself. Hey, we could explore together?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in Bern, which was an amazing experience. Also, I went to a few couchsurfing parties where I met a lot of wonderful people. I'm still waiting for my big chance to travel somewhere and stay with couch-hosts!

Discussing books/music/movies/art/cooking, how to define happiness, visiting museums, getting to know new people from all over the world, new recipes, out of the box experiences!
