Hi! My name is Asper and I was born in Australia. I have a wonderful hubby Greg who I love to travel with. We are very caring open-minded people who love to do everything together, adventuring, photography, gaming, music... EVERYTHING! We are a couple of musicians and love alternative and metal music, I play piano/synth and Greg plays Guitar (plus every other instrument in the world it seems lol). I speak English and learning German. My hubby speaks fluent English, German, Turkish and bits of other languages aswell he has learnt from his travels. I am currently in Oz traveling to NZ mid Jan, looking to rent a house and work for a while before deciding to continue traveling for a bit. Greg is already in NZ helping look for somewhere to rent til I finish up my work here and come over. We hope to travel all over the world and meet many wonderful people. I also really love to pen pal to my friends overseas and love staying in touch with my friends. Until I get my base sorted in NZ I can't provide a couch right now. Staying with us is a pleasant experience as my husband worked as a cook for many years, he does all the cooking in the house and we love to share meals with our guests, smokers are no problem at our house (I myself have never smoked but it doesn't bother me at all), we just ask to please respect and no drugs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I am moving to NZ in January Greg is traveling around Christchurch and we found this app and thought it would be interesting to try. I also would love to try accommodate some traveller's once I get a house in NZ. I am really looking forward to these opportunities!

As musicians we love teaching and sharing music, my husband taught as a german/turkish language teacher previously. We have many stories and experiences we would love to share. We love to learn, meet new people and discover new things.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We are clean and tidy people and are very helpful around the house and with cooking. We keep to ourselves and are very calm and easygoing. We love sharing experiences, stories, ideas and teaching new things. We love making new friends and hope to make our stay a memory.
