Hey there !! I’m Assa, a student in marketing and communication. I was recommended this application which has an enriching concept. I have just received a partnership with a Zellidja travel scholarship association which promotes discovery and exchange with people from all over the world.

Zellidja advocates the following values: meeting, exchange, welcoming homestays and experience. This mainset corresponds well with what Couchsurfing advocates. Exchange with people from all over the world, share our points of view whether they are diverse or common!

I set myself the challenge of making a film this summer in the following three countries: Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. I opted for this type of accommodation because blending in with the locals and their daily lives is more interesting than staying in a 5-star hotel. I adapt very quickly and enjoy interacting with people. As long as we are respectful, exchange and pass on our culture through various exchange elements is a key point.

The opportunity given to me by the Zellidja association is an incredible chance to travel and meet some great people. :)
