One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So far i have been able to implement two major goals in my life: 1) i have been lucky to be chosen as a group leader among other talented girls and boys while i have been challenged to win the competition organized by the local international language school 'M&K'. i think that the main challenge for me was going far (to London) and spend there almost two months with the people i barely knew, especially when these people are teenagers :) in short, it was amazing opportunity to travel to the place i have been always dreaming to go, and more importantly, it gave a chance to meet new people and be someone who is being followed (i was teaching them), which to some extent showed that i could be a leader. This was a great experience that then helped me to become more confident and more open, and i believe that this was a ground for me to be appointed very soon after my arrival to the supervisory position at my work.
2) the second important moment in my life was achieving the AIESEC internship. I have became an intern recently, and i think of this as a second major challenge in my life, because getting this was pretty hard :) I believe that going abroad and being invited to work in a local pre-school (it is going to be in Poland) will give me amazing opportunity to join a very interesting community of people who are united for achieving one goal (teaching the kids), and to learn from these people, and i think that i personally, will have a chance also to tell about my home country, to share my experience, and maybe to get people inspired by my stories :)
