Hi everyone!

My name is Assunta and I am currently studying abroad in Milan, Italy. I have lived in California all my life, although both my parents are Italian, so I identify as an Italo-American. Ever since I was a child, my parents would take me to Italy every 2 years, and it was through these trips that I gained an appetite to see more of the world and meet new people.

I would like to meet new people, see new places. I strongly believe that experiencing new cultures opens up the mind and expands our perspectives on the world and allows us to gain a sense of appreciation for diversity.

I am eager to visit new countries, and as they say, it is always the things you don't do in life that you will later regret. With this motto in mind, I am determined to make the most of my time by traveling while here in Europe.
