Hello all! Kathy and I moved to Flagstaff, AZ in 2020 and have been loving the access to the outdoors and the unique charm of the area. Before Flagstaff, we spent seven years in Santa Cruz, CA exploring the coast, and before that, I lived in Boston (5 years), Santa Fe, NM (2 years), Fort Collins, CO (5 years), Visby, Sweden (2 years), Grand Junction, CO (4 years), and my younger years in Telluride/Ouray, CO. Kathy grew up in Sanford, Maine, went to college in Burlington, VT, and spent four years in Boston before we headed west.

Most of our free time is spent spent outdoors with our children; biking, running, climbing, skiing, and exploring. I also play ice hockey, and Kathy plays ultimate frisbee.

I run a tech startup called DashLX, working on innovative solutions in the digital space. Kathy is a Physical Therapist helping people get back to doing what they love.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Various experience with couch surfing. I enjoyed backpacking Europe and Latin America and finding couches along the way. What a wonderful way to meet people and save some cash.

Everything outdoors including skiing, mountain biking, trail running, hiking, camping, fly fishing, etc. Historical sites are awesome too and traveling is probably number one.
