I’m currently traveling Europe and looking to meet new people. I haven’t travelled outside of my home town much and this is my first big trip. I’m hoping to make some new friends along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

Im not much of a movie buff, but I do enjoy some David Lynch and Miyazaki. I’m currently reading The Botany of Desire by Michael Pollan; such a great author. Im open to all kinds of music, but lately have been listening to the album Wind by Ibrahim Maalouf. I’m inspired by Kaki King, Broadcast, The Cure, Nico, Alex G, and so many more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Norway I volunteered on an island in the arctic for over a month! It was a profoundly beautiful experience I would recommend to anyone.
At home I have a community garden where I grow fruits and vegetables for the people in my neighborhood :)
I also love music in many forms. I play a few instruments, listen to all types of music, and love supporting local music scenes. I played in a few bands and had my own DIY music venue for a few years.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m happy to teach everything I know about gardening or the English language. I’m always happy to learn about other cultures.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’d love to go out for a meal, drinks, or visit a museum/garden with my host. If you’re looking for company, I’m a very friendly person. I’m a pretty generous person and don’t mind buying you a drink or a meal if we hang out.
