About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learn to play the harmonica, learn more Swedish forest species (fungi, plants etc.), enjoy life :) This fall and winter I will travel Europe with my boyfriend and occasionally on my own (to do volunteer work on farms etc.)
ABOUT ME
I am a curious person who loves and values my freedom. I want to learn, listen, see and experience. Furthermore, I'm happy and usually outgoing, but I also need my space to think and meditate :) I like to talk both light and heavy, but I also have no problem with silence!
PHILOSOPHY
Life is only here and now. I'm working on being with it, in it, as much as possible :)
And being as kind and loving as I can :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet people, widen my horizons, share experiences, learn, listen, see...
Interests
My curiosity combined with an urge to be free has granted me a love for traveling. Reading is another aspect of this, essentially, to me just a more quiet way to travel. I'm also interested in landscapes. By that I mean landscapes as nature and wildlife but also as cities, social constructions and as internal landscapes (if that makes sense. If it doesn't, don't worry ;)) I also really enjoy fantasy novels!

Music, Movies, and Books
Gabriel García Márquez is currently my favorite author. He moves me in a way I can not yet put in words.
When it comes to music, I like Dire straits, Pink Floyd, First Aid Kit, Rolling stones and the likes.
Favorite movie is Amelie Poulain
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Lived with 18 strangers from Facebook for a week, in a castle on the Italian countryside during a two month solo trip through Europe. I'm also doing some volunteering with a youth organisation in Sweden, working to protect and experience nature.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn about your city. Why does it look the way it does? What events/cultural aspects made it evolve the way it did? I can talk a little about climate adaption, about nature and much more.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I draw and do watercolors as a hobby, so I can show you some basic things (I'm not a professional, but what I know I'm happy to teach) :) We could do an urban sketching session together for example.
