I am an open and talkative person - no matter how different people we are, we most often have something in common, and we can always share good stories.

People tell me I am compassionate, understanding and open minded.

Besides reading great books, watching documentaries and traveling, my major interest is politics, where I'm (the youngest member of) the local parliament of Copenhagen, organizing campaigns and activities with other young people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the simple, honest concept of just helping each other out and getting to know different people. It's a really unique chance!

I had my first cuchsurfing exeriences together with my boyfriend in the summer of 2015, and it was an amazing experience - singing in the middle of the night with a Turkish family, getting to know a couple who was a jewish American and an atheist from Iran living in Rome, staying with a family in Marrakech during ramadan - I'm looking forward to meeting even more cool people from all over the world!

Apart from that, I have participated in many international exchanges, where I have been hosted by people in different countries or hosted others. My family has hosted exchange students for a whole year at a time, and it has really taught me how much you can learn from each other.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Flying in a hot air balloon over Cappadocia (Turkey) in the sunrise. Breathtaking experience to see the world from that angle while moving noicelessly and having nothing except for a basket between you and the ground many metres below.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach English and Danish, and would love to learn anything you can teach me about your history, language and culture! I would love to cook or bake for/together with a host.

I like to crochet and knit as well, and if anyone would like it, I can teach you how to chrochet (chrocheting hooks are much easier to carry around than knitting needles - and less dangerous!)
