About Me

I'm a 25-year old girl who lives in Aarhus, sharing a nice and big apartment with two other girls. In my everyday I spend most of my time studying (right now anthropology, but I am mayoring in linguistics)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To me, meeting new people, is one of the most interesting things one can do. It makes we very happy and gives me energy to meet and interact with some of the worlds beautiful diverse population. I think that Couch Surfing is a very nice and easy way to meet up with people in an honest, loving and very direct manner. When entering a strangers home, or when inviting strangers into ones own home, many cultural barriers disappear, and a much more intimate relation can get established. I think this is what makes Couch Surfing so appealing to me

Interests

I have many hobbies, such as going for long rides on my beloved bike, listening to music and cooking vegan dishes. But what I find most important and spend much time on, is myself and my relations to other people. To me, it is really important to be in harmony with myself, my beliefs and my path of life. Honesty is an import key term to me. Honesty towards others, but also myself.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to a lot of different music.... Tina Dico is an all time favorite. I am not the movie-type. I would rather listen to some nice music or read or book, or talk with the people around me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When living in Greenland, I once spend a night in the mountains. I experienced the most beautiful sunset , and it was so magnificent to be at such a deserted and beautiful place.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am very good a baking my own bread, and in general cooking. Also I obviously know some stuff about languages and culture, and I am always hooked on sharing, talking and also learning more about that ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I guess I have many stories to share from traveling around. In general, I consider myself a good listener, but my family also always accuse me for talking a lot ;)

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Malta, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Turkey

Countries I’ve Lived In

Denmark, Greenland, Mexico
