Hi there! My name is Astrid and I'm a 23 year old from Norway. Although I love my home country I also really enjoy living different places, and so far I've been lucky enough to live in Italy, Spain and England. I study computer science, but I also have a bachelor degree in Politics & International Relation so I guess you could say I'm interested in quite a broad range of things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I made this profile quite some time ago (all the way back in 2012!), but for some reason I haven't had the chance to try it out much yet. But as someone who thinks hanging out with locals is the best way to travel I think couchsurfing is pretty awesome!

Interests

I split my time between studying, working out, and hanging out with friends. So pretty much the usual.

Music, Movies, and Books

When it comes to music I listen to a lot of different stuff, but my favourite genres are EDM and hip hop.

I probably watch more series than movies, but I love any decent superhero, sci-fi or fantasy movies. As for series some of my faves are Sherlock, Game of Thrones, and Stranger Things.

All the Harry Potter books as they were basically my childhood. Being Norwegian I obviously enjoy my Scandinavian crime novels.
