ABOUT ME

I've lived in Albuquerque for 20 years but an still a New Yorker at heart. I enjoy the New Mexico climate --even the 100+ degree days.

I work at Central New Mexico Community College and I love my job. I try to take advantage of any opportunity to travel and frequently business trips into mini vacations. Many times with a certain friend.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately, my mother lives withme making hosting very difficult, if impossible. So, I am willing to volunteer whenever I can or meet for coffee or a drink to get to know travelers as pass through here.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not had any couch surfing experience yet but I am hoping to in May in Seattle with a friend of mine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know about amazing but I once participated in a Guiness World Record. The most people to participate in swimming relay in 1 day. It was fun and I was also a lifeguard at the time so meeting all those people in a day was a whirlwind experience that has never been repeated. We held the record for 8 years.
