ABOUT ME

Born and grew up in Tokyo. After graduating from a high school, I got enrolled in a Swedish university to study international development and did some internships in Kenya. Having inspired by M-pesa, mobile money which turns a phone into a bank account for the unbanked, I now work for a payment startup based in Southeast Asia and Japan. I'm very calm, active, and curious about knowing various cultures. My way of thinking is always optimistic and pretty much spontaneous.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since I had rarely heard about people sleeping at the place of someone who they had never met before in my country, I'd been wondering if the CouchSurfing could be safe and trustful. But my best friend assured me that it was the best way of meeting new local people in new countries, and now, I'm so excited to have such cross cultural experiences! I believe nationality doesn't matter to become friends with someone who is already positive to meet new people with different backgrounds.
