ABOUT ME

I lived in Australia for nearly 20 years and I am a permanent resident there but I have been moving around with my backpack like a Gypsy for the last 6 years or so. One of the recent amazing adventure was working at a lodge situated at the top of Mt Fuji for 2 months solid!! My friends say.. I am interesting, fun, easy to talk to, down to earth and very calm and cheerful and practical :) I am certainly not a typical Japanese but more like a half Aussie but still half Japanese too hehe :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I looove meeting lots of friends around the world, exchanging cultural differences, share interesting views of life and travel experiences but most importantly have fun and enjoy the moment of our precious life!!

COUCHSURFINF EXPERIENCE

Surfed in Thailad, Nepal, Croatia and Athens and wholeheartedly loved them all!! I also do/did lots of Wwoofing/HelpX in Australia and now in overseas too (did 3 weeks in Italy and 2 weeks in a Greece Island, 4 weeks in Uruguay and loved every minutes of it!!

Interests

Meeting people particularly who have been living in a rather unusual (?) interesting and exciting life!!

I love gardening and enjoy cooking/eating lots of vegies and ethnic food. I also do Yoga and meditation regularly :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like listening to any musics that remind me of certain time of my life. But I do like The Beatles and The Who plus some Japanese old pop music.
I like Jazz too but I most looove seeing people who is REALLY enjoying what they do with great passion and such positive feelings always make me very happy! :)

My favorite movies - Shining, Shawshank Redemption, Good Will Hunting, Departure, Dragon, Blood Diamond, Papillon, Misery, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest etc. Rather old film I guess :)

I love all the Harry Potter books!
