About Me

I'm a 27 year old traveler. I call myself a traveler, even though I haven't traveled all that much, but I identify as one because that's how I want to spend my 20's going and exploring different places, cultures and people. There is so much out there that i've wanted to interact with i.e. tradition, perspectives, and points of view, that are different from my environment, that i could learn from, that I might be able to effect positively. I'm on the journey of finding love, family, and friends. So lets meet up, connect, go for a walk.

I also love to play boardgames, read especially fantasy, dance, and play sports. My current goal is to experience the South Eastern culture, earth, beauty, food and people. To meet, understand and connect with people form different walks of life, both fellow travelers and locals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've see a lot of people talk about their "Current Mission", personally I cant say what my mission is. I know that I want to explore and connect with people, but no necessarily when, what and how.

I only recently remembered that Couchsurfing existed, I had completely forgotten because of covid, hahaha. I initially made an account because i met a friend, Andrew on a commune, in Virgina, who told me how he'd Surfered all over the world and met really amazing people, and lifelong friends. How he went to New Zealand, and wanted to stay with a lovely couple for a few days, and end up staying 3 months with them. And he, was the reason that i got to meet, Renee and Carl, (the lovely couple), who came to the commune too. I'm really excited to be a proper couchsurfer now, so I can meet people completely out of my sphere, and help create an interconnected web of friendship and connections spanning countries, continents, religions and ethnicities.

Interests

I'm very intersted in my interest. But seriously, I like those things for different reasons, some help me connect with other, some help me connect with myself, and most have a satisfying product at the end.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Completed my obligation as an Israeli citizen and completed 3 years of Army service.

Teach, Learn, Share

A bit of hebrew / english, guitar, knitting, crocheting, a ton of card games.

I'm a very good listener, and I often ask a lot of questions, to really get to the heart of a situation. I also like to support people to help them achieve their dreams or goals. :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I tell funny jokes - although most people think i'm not funny for some reason. I can help you in anything you need help with examples: moving things around, building ikea furniture, finishing the food in the fridge, and a mediocre fashion sense.

But seriously, I've been thinking about this a lot recently. As I move from one place to the next and have had wonderfully generous people, help and support me. That everything requires balance to be both sustainable and healthy. So even as I come to couchsurf. I don't want to just be a freeloader, I want to help out. What that looks like depends on you. I'd love to sit down and talk about your current goals, dreams, projects or ideas. And then with or without my help, I want to get the ball rolling. Let build a chicken coop, paint a wall, organize your basement, sort your Legos by colors... let do it :).
