ABOUT ME

I hate the "all about you" spots on profiles because I never know what to say, but to keep it short and sweet - Hi, I'm Dominika, I don't like my name; I love nicknames ;D In general I like to think of myself as a very out-going person. I love meeting new people and sharing experiences with them, their thoughts etc. I haven't tried cs yet but am planning on doing so very very soon.
I'm what I'd classify as a dreamer. I am really into photography, film, art basically although I'm a shit drawer/painter. :P Very happy and optimistic all the time, I love making jokes, especially perverted ones. They're not too funny, but I think I get an A for effort. ;) I'm a little crazy as well, once you get to know me, so watch out for that!
I currently live in Warsaw, Poland, although I was born and bred in the US :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all types of music but to just list a couple of my favorite bands of the moment: BOY, Florence + The Machine, Snow Patrol, Priscilla Anh, Sarah Jaffe, Paloma Faith, Aerosmith, Adele, Norah Jones, Peggy Lee, Ella Fitzgerald, Paramore, Selah Sue, Nickelback, Melody Gardot, Defeater, Daughter, Justin Bieber (kidding), Marina and the Diamonds, Louis Armstrong.
As for movies, my friends tend to say that I suffer from the lack of knowledge of good movies but just a few I've actually seen and have enjoyed: Gigi, anything with Marilyn Monroe, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Breakfast Club, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Atonement, Pride and Prejudice.
Books - I read way too much so, again, just a few: The Three Musketeers, Dracula, Memoirs of a Geisha, The Little Prince, Pride and Prejudice, The Jungle Book, anything by Agatha Christie, Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth, A Walk to Remember, Lady in Blue, The Historian.
