I believe the true culture of a country or a city is not in the touristy public places, it's in the people's house and in their daily life routine.
Couchsurfing makes it possible for me to experience the culture more closely.
I usually travel to a place where I have friends there. But I don't have friends all over the world yet. And with cs I think I can make this possible :)

My books are the real people stories and life challenges. We are all the main character in our story life.

Music really depends on my mood. I like cultural music and classic music more. But to name some that I'm always happy to hear are: Pink Floyd, Radiohead, Linkin park, Archive, Billie Holiday ....

Not such a big fan of watching movies but some that I really enjoyed are:
Dancer in the dark, Dogville, Spirited away, The Boy in the Striped Pajamas, Sound of the sea, Persepolis,... .

I was traveling alone around Iran for 3 and a half months. That's where I learnt to trust and believe in people :)

I made a lot of different homemade wine with my friend. (Strawberry wine, sour cherry, pear, apple, quince, ...)
