About Me

CURRENT MISSION

"Take the anger from your hearts. Wipe the tears from God's eyes. And live a life of love." --Desmond Tutu

ABOUT ME

Friends, Family, Food, Drink, Knowledge, Conversation, Music, Love -- the things that make the world go around.
I'm a student with the desire to make a difference - even in one person's life. I want to see the world - the beautiful, natural things that are just waiting to be seen and appreciated.

PHILOSOPHY

My life is a constant roller coaster. Some days I work incredibly hard as if my career is the most important thing to me. Other days, I blow off anything academic to spend time with an old friend. Other days I sit down with a good book all day and just reflect. Some days I just love to sleep.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This is new to me! I haven't participated yet. But during my 5 week long road trip this summer through the States I met a lot of great people, many who have used couch surfing and they suggested that I check it out -- so here I am!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet - but I am very excited to get started!
I have done my fair share of traveling though..

Interests

Outdoors! - skiing, tennis, hiking, biking, you name it. I own a tandem bike and I love riding it. I'm in an adult kickball league and it is a blast. Chai Tea is my jam. I love to cook. I love to party. I love going to weddings. I don't like chocolate, but I have a sweet tooth!

Music makes the world go round.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Great white shark diving in South Africa and it was absolutely frightening, terrifying and the most exhilarating thing I have ever done.

I want to learn Sign Language! I am a beginner and take classes once a week with a local student - but I have a strong desire to become fluent!!
