COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met one of my best friends through couchsurfing in Hamburg, Germany. Surfed some couches on the east coast of the US in 2008. Every experience was a positive and enriching one. What a great way to meet like-minded people.

American Beauty, Fight Club, LotR, Tarantino and Rodriguez films (Kill Bill, Sin City for example), Nightwatch, A Scanner Darkly, there's too many. Cool movies and thought-provoking stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Getting the nerve to throw away most of my stuff, turn my back on friends and family, to fly to Germany where I barely knew anybody and to stay there for 7 years.

Teach, Learn, Share

through my experience I've learned what it means (and HOW) to learn a language on your own. I've earned a living in hamburg teaching English to others, but I think I'd be a better Language teacher rather than an English teacher. besides that exploring current events and discussing the importance of all that makes the world go round. It's all connected. From politics to religion to the stock market (why does this self-destructive system which thrives on corruption continue to steer our world to the brink)
