Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been to some Couchsurfing meetings in Melbourne and I've met some great people there. Good Times!

Interests

All kinds of outdoor stuff. I'd rather go out in the rain than stay indoors and fill out those CS forms. But as I'm a nice person (or so I was told) I do it anyway :)

I am also a big food enthusiast and would try every typical dish of the country I am visiting! (No, I haven't found anything weirder than the typical french snails yet ^^)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kind of music and movies. But I don't like the combination of those two. However, I kinda liked "sunshine on Leith".

As an English major, I've read tons of books. Here are a few of my favorites:
The God of Small Things, The handmaid's tale, Invisible monsters, To kill a mockingbird, La fée carabine, the Millenium series... and of course the Harry Potter series will always have a special place in my heart!

I am a huge fan of the Black Keys and I've spent my entire childhood listening to the Red Hot Chili Peppers!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Antilope Canyon in the US...less known but by far much more beautiful than the Grand Canyon (which is roughly on par with my hometown Saint Jean de Gonville ;) ).

Skydiving the Great Barrier Reef and sleeping in a swag in Central Australia are my most beloved memories of my year in Oz...

As I am a teaching assistant for French I guess I can teach or practise some French with you if you are really into that.
