I'm Athina, currently I am studying in Cologne, Germany and discovered Couchsurfing as a perfect platform to meet interesting people from all over the world. Usually, when I am not travelling, studying or working, I spend my time reading interesting books and hanging out with friends and colleagues.
Besides that I enjoy good discussions with open minded people, good music, watching jail documentaries (yes I know, this sounds weird, but I'm willing to explain my motivation at any time ;) ), drawing henna tattoos and knitting.
And - of course - I love travelling and experiencing different cultures, I believe this is the best way to become a tolerant, friendly person and a true survivor :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because it's the perfect opportunity to get to know natives and to get an intense experience of the culture and social life in a foreign country. I hope to create great connections with people from all over the world.
