About Me
CURRENT MISSION
"My God, if I had a little piece of life... I would not let a single day pass without telling the people that I love - that I love them. I would convince every woman or man that they were my favourite and I would live in love with love".
ABOUT ME
I' m a really sociable person. I love communicating a lot. I have friends from all over Europe. The last two years I m living with Erasmus students so as to keep up with my english and know other cultures. I have worked as a youth worker for a NGO in Greece coordinating 6 EVS volunteers from all over Europe and now I have just returned from my own EVS experience in Asturias, Spain. I love travelling as much as any other couchsurfer I guess. Like reading, walking around, dreaming, singing and dancing! :)
PHILOSOPHY
I will just use my favourite poem for that...
"When you set out on your journey to Ithaca,
pray that the road is long,
full of adventure, full of knowledge.
The Lestrygonians and the Cyclops,
the angry Poseidon -- do not fear them:
You will never find such as these on your path,
if your thoughts remain lofty, if a fine
emotion touches your spirit and your body.
The Lestrygonians and the Cyclops,
the fierce Poseidon you will never encounter,
if you do not carry them within your soul,
if your soul does not set them up before you.
Pray that the road is long.
That the summer mornings are many, when,
with such pleasure, with such joy
you will enter ports seen for the first time;
stop at Phoenician markets,
and purchase fine merchandise,
mother-of-pearl and coral, amber and ebony,
and sensual perfumes of all kinds,
as many sensual perfumes as you can;
visit many Egyptian cities,
to learn and learn from scholars.
Always keep Ithaca in your mind.
To arrive there is your ultimate goal.
But do not hurry the voyage at all.
It is better to let it last for many years;
and to anchor at the island when you are old,
rich with all you have gained on the way,
not expecting that Ithaca will offer you riches.
Ithaca has given you the beautiful voyage.
Without her you would have never set out on the road.
She has nothing more to give you.
And if you find her poor, Ithaca has not deceived you.
Wise as you have become, with so much experience,
you must already have understood what Ithacas mean."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I became a member of this community two years ago. Generally, I like facilitating people meeting new places and falling in love with them! I would also enjoy travelling all over too and creating new friendships!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I just had a few couchsurfing experiences. Anyway I usually live with Erasmus students and we host a lot of people now and then. Their friends, my friends, friends of friends etc.
Interests
I m interested in meeting people from different cultural backgrounds. I love music, books, learning foreign languages. I love travelling. I love showing to other people my hometown and generally Greece. I adore going out for coffees, drinks, food, walks etc. Finally, I can't live without dreaming of a brighter future.

Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach any of the languages I speak (greek, english, french, spanish)... If anyone is interested I can share anything I know about Biology and Environmental studies. I can share greek recipes (I m not the best cook but I can give it a try)...!
