ABOUT ME

Hey there. My name is Ana. I'm 20. Bla bla bla. I study biology. My favourite person on the whole wide world is my sister (if you ever meet her, please don't tell her that:P) I adore reading, coffee, roadtrips, my old bicycle, mornings when i don't fall asleep and have plenty time for breakfast. I also like mornings that start with a cup of coffe and emails, but generally i'm not really a morning person, more of a night owl. One of my many special abilities is to find something cute and special in almost every creature living on this earth. From snails to snakes. What else? I like hiking and the wind. Friend of mine told me one really beautiful quote, it goes like this: why follow trends if you can follow the wind?:) She is a windsurfer, but i'm more of a wavesurfer myself. Well, that and couchsurfer afcourse!:D And oh, also like the sound of rain and feel of the rain. And the smell of rain. Furthermore, I appreciate a good meal, always:D One of the best feelings for me is when you sit on a train/plane station, with your huge backpack and sleeping bag, all dirty, litteraly broke, but happy. I sing when i'm happy, which is not right now, because i really dislike writing about myself. It's so weird, i'm not even sure what to write, so if you want to know anything, just ask. Otherwise, i guess this little lame description of me should do it:P So, live by the sun and love by the moon. Aloha!

I'm living between Murska Sobota and Ljubljana, so if you want a place to stay in either of this cities.. well, here i am:P I can probably host 1-2 people at one time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just starting.. I've stayed and i've hosted people like that before, but it was always organized by school or friends. But now, it's all me baby!:P

Interests

hi! I love riding my bike, reading, laughing, mixing paint, taking my dogs for a walk, mountains and oceans, good music, the moon, roadtrips, biology and meeting new people. I'm always up for a good concert or a drink. And dancing! I also enjoy making things with my hands and imagination, from soap to birthday cards.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: i listen pretty much everything but here are just some of the names that pop into my head: Coldplay, The Kooks, La Dispute, Beatles, Edith Piaf, Florence and the Machine, Men At Work, Green day, U2, Cranberries, The Zombies(Rose for Emily<3)...

Books: Harry Potter:P, anything from Dan Brown, Pride and Prejudice, Moby Dick, and lately a lot biology related books, identification keys etc.

Movies: The Matrix, Shawshank Redemption (classic). A few years ago i remember being obsessed with Gladiator, Waiting and with the film called The wedding date. Also with the Notebook. Another thing i have to admit is, that i was completly hooked on History Channel, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet and FOXlife:P Now i don't have a tv so.. probably good for me:D Zanrs i like: comedy/romantic/drama/documentary, the only zanr i really can't and don't want to watch is horror. The series i like are Gilmore girls, Friends, Big bang theory, How I met your mother, Hart of Dixie, Dexter, i also liked 90210, Gossip girl, Pretty little liars but now i'm kinda over it. I only watch it when i feel super lazy and when i want to look at pretty clothes:P Oh and my favourite cartoon of all times is Dexter's laboratory!:P

-I know how to make tortilias and apple pie.
-I make extraordinary coffee.
-I'm very good with animals, but not with plants. I have one cactus now, for about half a year, and am very proud of this personal record.
-I know my way around museums.
-I dance.
