About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To help others! Get the world active, eating real food & drinking water! Oh and have fun too. :)
ABOUT ME
I run ultramarathons and cycle long distances. I have a small healthy living media company. I speak at schools and encourage kids to live a healthy life. I'm always on the go, enjoy anything active, down to earth, fun and have a snarky side. Seriously, what more could you want?! I don't smoke or drink (well H20).
I attempt to live a judge-free life! I believe that we are here to help each other, not judge others.
I crave adventure, enjoy meeting & making new friends, always on the hunt for plant-based places to eat and I have a weakness for cupcakes. Or a chocolate chip cookie :)
PHILOSOPHY
Life is what you make of it.
Everything happens for a reason.
Success can only happen when we've failed.
Always stay hungry!
Many more but I need to go ride my bike. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm always in search of a couch to stay on and nice people to meet!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've had awesome CS experiences (with the exception of one). I have made many friends and love meeting new people in whatever city I'm traveling in!
Interests
Anything that has to do with LIFE! I don't like to live by limits and if I am not scared of the challenge set before me, I haven't pushed myself hard enough.
I love to cook, bake and experiment in the kitchen, motivate, encourage, and inspire others to live a healthy life. I love to learn from others too.
I want to see the world!
