ABOUT ME

I have zero aspirations in life aside from seeing the world thrice over. I travel with a guitar on my back and once upon a time I got stung by a stingray. It hurt, but I survived, and then I went surfing. I plan to land foot on every continent by the age of thirty and I'm a few years ahead of accomplishing that goal. Also, I like beer and tequila, just not in the same glass.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Bringing my infectious smile and youthful energy to a city near you. I've hosted my fair share of people, through the couch surfing network and outside of it. I haven't been able to host for a few years now (unfortunately).

Everything. Oh, and anything. Mostly music. I'll share some good music with you. I'm a guitar player and love to play with other people and share songs.

Any and all music, as long as it's got soul. I particularly enjoy folk music and blues. Irvine Welsh and Bill Bryson are my favourite authors. Song of Ice and Fire is the greatest fantasy saga ever written and I will nerd out about if given the chance. I also enjoy reading science and history. Movies are cool. I also surf sometimes, and snowboard. It's fun.

Just one? Well, I started a bar (for lack of a better term). One time I was about twenty feet away from a mother and child Humpback Whale full breaching out of the ocean. Probably the greatest wildlife encounter I've ever had.
