ABOUT ME

We are....
Emilia, 4 years old, blond, trilingual and full of mischief.......
Petra, from Czech, fantastic cook, mad enough to follow me around the world.......
Jack, born in Zimbabwe, lived in South Africa, the UK, Portugal, Spain, the States...I have for the past 8 years lived in San Pedro la Laguna, Lake Atitlan, where I do adventure tours, hiking volcanos, trekking for days among Mayan ruins and driving tours around this diverse and beautiful country.
Currently we are bouncing between Lake Atitlan and El Peten... hence we are not available to host as much as we would like.. Be Warned.. we do regularly turn our couchsurfers into house, cat and plant sitters..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed on many couch's, sat a few houses, camped odd places and have had people sit my place, grace my couch, spare room and tents... couchsurfing's "the way"

兴趣

Our live is about travelling, learning about new cultures, meeting people. We like outdoors, mountains, lakes, beaches. When we stay home, we can spend days gardening, hours of baking and cooking (Jack's bread is amazing and Petra's cakes are irresistible)and hours of stroking our cats. We enjoy conversation with different kinds of people and Emilia is sociable bunny with big heart for the animals.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My daughter, watching her growing, learning and becoming a little girl.. Absolutely Amazing!!... As well as sunrisea on top of Volcano Santa Maria, looking down on a fire breathing Volcan Santaguito, with Santa Maria casting her shadow of a perfect pyramid over the Pacific escarpment...... Awe Inspiring!!... Lava flowing off Volcan Pacaya.. Lake Atitlan surrounded by volcano's and mountains, where I choose to live..... the Great Mayan Ruins of El Mirador and the Peten region.... that's only in the last 6 months..
