About Me

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe one of the best ways to experience the local area, language, and culture is to stay with someone local or make a friend there. I'd like to one day have an extensive network of friends around the world. Traveling doesn't have to scary. Sometimes traveling as a single woman can be a bit unnerving and safety is often a concern. I want to make sure that I can at least provide a safe space where these travelers can rest peacefully. Also, traveling can be expensive, and I'd like to save when I can.

Interests

I recently reconnected with my hobbies in art and music. I enjoy leisurely walks. I enjoy touring real estate to check out new concepts and designs. I like having books that give me useful information about the things I'm interested in at the time: real estate, urban planning topics, etc. I also love learning about other cultures and learning languages.
