I am a 39-year-old woman living in the capital city of Canada, Ottawa, which is the real heart of the country. I was a teacher and a member of the Mountaineering Federation of Iran. We were a group of hikers and have climbed most of the peaks in Iran.

I am also interested in yoga and invite guests to practice yoga and meditation with an experienced mentor in Iran. I love swimming. I have climbed Mount Damavand many times. Damavand is the highest peak in Iran, with an elevation of 5,610 meters.
