We're all in this thing together.

ABOUT ME

I am currently a college student studying computer science. I love meeting people. I'm into art, sharing good music, concerts, cooking, movies and books.

Music is a bigg one. Anywhere I go I'm definitely going to want to hear some live music!

Recently I've really been enjoy camping, backpacking, hiking....anything having to do with the outdoors.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can start hosting on my pull out couch when I switch leases late this summer!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am eager to get some experience!

I believe we're all made from the little bits and pieces we got from various experiences we had in our life, mainly from meeting other people. Couchsurfing is definitively something that brings a lot to people, and if we meet I hope we'll make some awesome memories.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: All time favorites - Hozier, The Lumineers, Noah Kahan, George Ezra, Sam Cook, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, and the Killers!

I like pretty much all genres of music as long as it is well done. Right now, I'm really into indie, soul, and folk.

Movies: I really appreciate a great movie that keeps me at the edge of my seat, but I don't always make time to watch them! My most liked genres tend to be Disney, comedy, or dramas!

Books: I love reading. It's one of my favorite things. I could read any type of book, though my top favorite is sci-fi. More specifically, post apocalyptic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During a study abroad trip with my school, I traveled to Guatemala.

I hiked up a volcano called Acatenango. For a hiker/mountain climber/ someone who is really active... this would have still been a moderately difficult task. And for me, it was veryy difficult because it was my first hike! It was cold, raining, the surface was shifting gravel for most of the duration AND it was also an overnight hike and I wasn't properly equipped.

I almost gave up once or twice, but I did make it to the very top in the end. It was an astounding view. From the top of our inactive volcano, we had a perfect site of the active volcano exploding very few minutes only a few miles away. I was so sore and so proud of myself. It was very worth it in the end and I pushed myself to do something I didn't even imagine I was capable of.

Teach, Learn, Share

"I have no special talents, I'm only passionately curious" dixit Einstein

- I'm really good at making (and eating) cookies
- I make a great lasagna if you want to learn
- I have a good bit of experience teaching quick art lessons. I'm very patient, and if there is something you want to learn how to draw, let me teach you!
- I absolutely want to learn as much about someone as they're willing to share with me. I'd love to learn about them, their town, their story. I am a great listener

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'll be honest, I am pretty inexperienced with this, but I would love to gain some. I am open-minded and a veyr nice guest!

I can share art (:

As someone who enjoys creating and is detail oriented, I love making art. I never leave anywhere without at least my sketch pad and a few colors! If you're kind enough to host me, I will definitely make a sweet thank-you piece to show my appreciation for your hospitality.
