Why I’m on Couchsurfing

CS and the like have made traveling a whole different experience. Sometimes you click with people, sometimes not - and that is okey. The most important thing is that you stay open to new experiences, you are willing to have a glimpse into different ways of living, of being, of thinking.

MUSIC
Blues, folk, rock, and some other that I just like listening to. All in all, a bit odd mix. :D

BOOKS
Whenever I travel I try to get a book written by a local author (i.e. an author of that country).
Other than that I enjoy various reading. Novels. Books on psychology. Travel stories.
One of the last books I read and can highly recommend is “A Lone Rider” by Elspeth Beard. She's a legend.

… and rom com 😃 Movies with great plot. But I don’t watch a lot of movies, as I'm a little bit addicted to Itchy Boots on YouTube and I’m often living life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Gave myself the permission to finally live life and shine brightly.

I did a bungee jump as a celebration of getting my driver’s license.

I did the Iron Butt Challenge (yes, now officially my butt is made out of iron - I can show the certificate 😅).
