ABOUT ME
Hey! I'm Adam, Manchester born and bred. A former housemate in New Zealand suggested I join the website as we both shared the same passion for travel and having everyday adventures with people from all over the world.
The Couch Surfing project is fantastic, when I'm at home I'll always try and meet up with people, if not host one day too. I'm an interesting, adventurous and laid back guy who loves to spin a yarn over a beer and generally get out into the big wide world.
If there's anything more you'd like to know, feel free to email me. Until then, I'll see you around!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted a few people in my old city centre apartment, and surfed a few times in europe.
Interests
I'm a Manchester lad who enjoys trying new things. Whether it's going to a new country (29 and counting, aw yeah) or drinking the latest seasonal micro-brews in the finest public establishments (pubs) in town, I'm always doing something. It's probably because I get bored very easily. The only unforgivable sin is to be boring, as one very interesting man once remarked. It's a pretty good mantra to lead your life by. Or, at least, it's worked for me.
By day I'm a teaching assistant at a primary school. If I'm not there you'll probably find me out doing whatever it is I'm doing that day, or, sitting on my sofa with a book and a cup of Yorkshire tea. I've got a bit of a extreme side in me, love bungee jumping, shooting guns, skydiving, rafting and rollercoasters; sadly you can't do those things every day!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So many to choose from! It would have to be in Cambodia, 2010. We climbed on top of a temple after spending the day roaming around Angkor Wat and it's many other temples. We watched the burning red sun set over a husky plain of a few trees with another temple in the distance, silhouetted, with a cold can of Beer Lao in one hand and nothing in the other. Perfection.
