I'm originally from Wisconsin and after 6 years in the US Navy I'm off to study Economics at George Washington University in DC. I fancy myself an amateur musician and play the trombone, bass guitar, and piano with limited proficiency but have fun with them all. I joined this sight to meet new and interesting people and open up the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I once took a 30 day road trip from California to Georgia, slowly swinging across the country and crashing on the couches of all the friends I could find. I was able to cross the Rockies and over the Hoover Dam, hike along the grand canyon and smoke hookah with some hippie friends of mine in Phoenix, drink at a movie theater with my buddy in Texas, and hit up Wisconsin for pilgrimage to the football Mecca of Lambeau Field. I then headed down to Georgia after failing to sell my soul at the crossroads in Mississippi.

Interests

I love all sorts of music and concerts, checking out new cities and towns and getting a taste of the unique flavors that each new place has to offer. I also enjoy history and worldly events.
