Overview
About Me
A restaurant manager by day, an interior designer by trade and in heart. I love traveling and getting to know different cultures and history. Nature and art are also my favorite. Not much of a risk taker, but I’ve been told different. Shy and introverted, and an extrovert at the same time. I guess it’s the restaurant business in me that can be both aggressive and compassionate all in the same sentence. My jobs are very stressful, so my ideal off time in just relaxing and enjoying nature and filling my mind with good stuff, be it a book, a road trip through the forest or having drinks with my girlfriends.
I’ve been to Mexico numerous times and have met some amazing people that are more gracious than my neighbors. Which makes me truly want to be a better person. I love to talk to people and get to know them. Very opened minded and can sit and talk for hours on a good subject.
So what made me join CS, my brother recently just asked me to go to Europe with him, and I couldn’t refuse an adventure. For one, I haven’t gotten off this continent yet, and another why not! Make memories!!
I totally understand the kindness, care, time, patience, and respect that goes into opening up your home to strangers.
I’m a smoker and my brother is not (pretty much everyone around me hates that I smoke) and I get it! I respect when there is no smoking and have to take it somewhere else.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Exploring new places with my brother. He’s all about backpacking and roughing it, and I’m all about let’s meet people and get to know the cultures. So this is a way for us to work together and bond and build memories you could say.
