David: Apart from his ridiculous obsession with chocolate, he is quite easy to get along with and the three things he enjoys most in life (apart from chocolate) are talking and listening to people, philosophy and playing the drums.
His philosophy: Understanding halfway is not the precursor but the death of understanding.

Friederike is a curious person, who loves to try new things and meet new people. With Friederike you can basically have a discussion about anything, there just need to be a few arguments ;-) Also, Friederike is crazy about skiing, good wine and a good plan on what to do next!

Both David and Friederike are not really talkative morning persons, so bear with them, they will make up for it within the course of the day ;-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We think that every night spent at a hotel is a lost opportunity to get to know new sides of the big world that is us. We love discovering those new perspectives and ways of living and thinking and hope that we too can contribute one of these faces of life, making your stay at our couch a nice experience. And we always have a ready stock of salted nuts!!!

David can explain Kant's transcendental aesthetic and also knows a pretty neat card trick. Other than that, he loves (making) pasta and likes to treat people with a nice tomato cheese bake.

Friederike can teach you how to cook all kinds of dishes with coconut milk and how to appear as an expert while not having a clue what you're talking about (this basically used to be her job)
