I'm currently in medical school and looking for any chance to still live life along the way! My mission in life is to seek out experiences that help me grow in empathy, understanding, and mindfulness.

I love "flow" activities- mountain biking, rock climbing, mountaineering, yoga. I'm studying meditation and Buddhism in the little spare time that I have.

Music: I kind of have music ADD- I enjoy just about everything and it totally depends on my mood. Some mainstay favorites: Van Morrison, Bob Marley, José González, Fleet Foxes, the National.

Movies: I love the Secret Life of Walter Mitty, regularly watch M.A.S.H.

Books: Don Quixote, Into Thin Air, Mountains Beyond Mountains are my top 3
