ABOUT ME

I have been (and continue to be) extremely passionate about promoting and encouraging the lives of "troubled" youth. Recently, I was fortunate enough to be blessed with the desire, passion and determination to promote and encourage my other, more personal passion of self-discovery through travel. I will be spending the next year or so traveling the world discovering more about my self via the lives of those I cross paths with and generosities of others.

Music, Movies, and Books

I LOVE music! socially conscious hip/hop and r&b are my favorites, though i enjoy folk, alternative, etc...anything that moves my soul (and my feet...i love to dance). i hope to learn the guitar at some point!

I love to cook and enjoy learning how new cultures prepare food.
i enjoy talking about social issues/causes, particularly regarding youth and oppressed communities.
I have an "active" soul and am always interested in learning new ways to express myself (dance/music/poetry) and discover new terrain (sailing/kayaking/etc)
