ABOUT ME
"Do you always smile?" I have heard this as a compliment and accusation as well. The answer is simple: "No. But why not whenever you can?" Anyways, I am a dynamic, optimistic person, I love to move around and experience as much out of life as possible, this can mean traveling abroad, but also strolling on my bike in the city and observing my surroundings... Now I am also trying to learn how to slow down sometimes and enjoy peace and quiet :) My mom is from Azerbaijan, my father is from Hungary, I grew up partly in Hungary and partly in the United States. Then I lived for 2 years in Germany during my studies. I love all multicultural experiences, they fascinate me!
PHILOSOPHY
The more you discover the more you want to know.
Never say never.
People are fascinating.
Discover life day by day.
Love: simple, but difficult.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I heard a lot about couchsurfing for the past years and joined the community last year. We traveled with Tomi to Tuscany and spent three nights couchsurfing with two different hosts. After our 10 day trip we agreed that the most interesting experiences we had in Italy were through couchsurfing, thanks to the incredible hospitality of our hosts, the amazing places we visited thanks to them, and the time spent together. We would like to reciprocate this kindness through hosting ourselves, but we have not been able to do so far due to our busy schedule and restricted living space, hopefully in the future!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love reading, but nowadays less time for it. Some favorite authors: H. Murakami, Paul Auster, Milan Kundera, Boris Vian, J.D. Salinger, Zadie Smith, and Hungarian poetry is beautiful! Music: world music with some electro, jazz, samba,...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Living abroad first as a kid in the United States and then as a university student in Germany (Konstanz and Berlin) have enriched my life and formed my personality in many ways, I could talk hours and hours about it! No wonder I work with refugees from all over the world who face the challenges of starting a new life in an unknown environment. My work experience has also taught me a lot about human beings, survival, and strength.
Teach, Learn, Share
Maybe in a different order: learn, share, and finally teach :)
