So : I am a nurse, 31 years old, epicurean by nature, in love with life, passionate about simple things! I never travel without my notebook and my pen, taking notes on what I see, what I hear, people inspire me, their way of life, their cultures, their quotes, their kitchens ... I like to go to meet you, but I also like my moments of loneliness. I try to practice meditation as often as possible (I still can not discipline myself for a daily practice), I am not a great sportsman but I try to practice running on foot several times a week. I am not vegan! but I watch my consumption, and the trip makes me more and more aware of behavorial changes to adopt.
