About Me

I'm a chemist, finished my phd recently and went off travelling in Japan and Taiwan with my friend.
I've spent a year in Nottingham (United Kingdom) as an exchange student, I've lived in Japan for a few months and in Switzerland for 6 months.

I'm passionate about japanese culture.
I a curious person, I like experiencing new things around the world, taste new food, do new activities.
I'm more of a coffee/tea person than a beer person but I'll gladly join you for a drink (in my case it'll be fruit juice or water ^-^)

If you're into science, music, cinema and travelling (everyone in here is into travelling, I know), well it'll be an easy chat.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been couchsurfing with my friend a couple of times in the UK and it was a great experience. I also couchsurfed in Singapore on my own. I'm looking forward to meet nice hosts or couchsurfers very soon !
I really hope to meet new people while travelling, and make new friends, share experience and opinions about anything !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Gliding, parachute jumping.

Had a ride on a motorbike with 2 other people in Cambodia, at night, on very bumpy and muddy road full of puddle, had to get off a few times to walk through it with water up to my knees.

Joining some people I just met to watch a muay tai fights one hour away from my hostel at a local fair in a village lost in the mountains in Thailand.

Drinking and having dinner with 10+ policemen in training in Vietnam (I wasn't super comfortable considering I didn't know them but it's definitely an evening I'll remember)

Teach, Learn, Share
